Miami is the seventh largest metropolitan area in the country and has consistently been the largest in South Florida which means competition is tough for this recognition. The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce was created in 1907 and is the region’s first business organization that has grown to have around 400,000 members. DiscountMugs.com is the largest factory-direct distributor of promotional products in the country and has a 500,000 square feet facility just west of Miami International Airport. The company formed in 1993 and has become one of the larger Miami companies employing nearly 600 local residents.

The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce hosts an annual event where they announce the top 100 minority companies in the Miami area. DiscountMugs.com was represented through its parent company Bel Inc. The recognition was one of the many received by Bel Inc. both locally and nationally. The Miami Chamber of Commerce is located in the heart of Downtown Miami and serves as a community center for business development in the city of Miami. DiscountMugs.com was recently awarded an “A” rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and was lauded for their 99% positive reviews on the BBB program TrustLink.
