London, UK ( Pressreleasecollection ) August 11, 2009 - Business law can be a minefield. And finding the right kind of lawyer to help with a particular business problem isn’t always easy. Now a new website, Law Donut is being launched with the specific goal of helping SMEs understand the law and connect with people who can help.
Launched later this month, Law Donut is a free online resource that is packed with information on common legal issues relating to business. The site offers over 1300 FAQs, 100 toolkits, as well as video and audio content. It is being continually updated with new material from recognised experts.
“Our goal is to help SMEs make sure they get the best possible value from their lawyers,” says Anthony Mullinder from the Law Donut. “When you’re paying for expertise by the hour you want to be as well informed as possible at the outset, and to be confident you’re talking to the right person.
“Law Donut puts small business people in a stronger position. Not only does the information on the site help people better understand the situation they’re in from a legal perspective and what they need to do, but the site can connect them with local lawyers throughout the UK who are more than qualified to help.”
Law Donut is published by BHP Information Solutions, publisher of the highly successful Marketing Donut site for SMEs which is backed by Google and Royal Mail.
Law Donut launches on 18 August.
