North Hollywood, CA ( Pressreleasecollection ) September 4, 2009 — InsuranceQuotesUS.com reports that a new survey from JD Powers and Associates is showing insurance companies are having greater difficulty retaining customers. The survey, taken over the last year shows that policyholders with incomes under $50,000 per household were more likely to change insurance carriers. Insurance company loyalty and retention rates are down among all income levels.
The deepening recession has made more consumers question the insurance rates they are receiving and many are searching for less expensive options. As insurance companies are struggling to retain customers, insurance shoppers will find some very competitive deals when searching for insurance quotes.
