Marketing Firm Says Consultants, Experts and Advisors Can Benefit from Free Marketing Advice

Alpharetta, GA ( pressreleasecollection ) March 5, 2010 - Thousands of highly experienced professionals are returning to corporate America after being laid off or downsized, not as an employee, but as an industry consultant, expert or advisor. These “corporate refugees,” a term coined by Gentle Rain Marketing CEO Mark Satterfield, are definitive of former corporate employees who have chosen to build a business around their industry knowledge rather than return to corporate America.

“While many professionals have the knowledge and expertise to offer valuable services through consultancy, most don’t know how to bring in new business or grow their business beyond their list of industry contacts. Because of this we have developed a free report that will help these entrepreneurs learn how to build their business without cold calling or hard selling,” stated Mark Satterfield, CEO of Gentle Rain Marketing.

Gentle Rain Marketing’s free business building report is available to entrepreneurs on their website. The eight page report titled “How To Create a Steady Stream of New Clients Quickly, Easily, with No Cold Calling” offers tips for entrepreneurs seeking to build their business through utilizing “The Gentle Rain Process” which details why determining your target market, developing a free report, creating a one-page lead generation letter, collecting data about prospects and automating your processes are important in business building.

Satterfield continued on to say, “Over the past year corporations have shed employees by the thousands. While many have reentered the workforce as an employee, many have decided that they are more valuable as an entrepreneur. These individuals know their industry. They have expertise in their field. They can be successful as a consultant or advisor in their industry, but in most cases they don’t know how to market themselves or get clients. Our free guide was written with these professionals in mind.”

As former employees begin to develop their own businesses in lieu of corporate employment many marketing and business firms have began to offer advice on business building, however few offer such a universal report at no cost. The report is free to anyone who joins the email list on http://www.GentleRainMarketing.com.
