TrustLink.org is a web-based affiliate of the Better Business Bureau providing a more interactive experience for customers performing research.

The BBB’s rankings are based on a grading system with “NR” and “F” being the lowest grade and “A+” being the highest grade. This means that nothing in our files causes us to have any doubt about the company’s reliability”.

TrustLink.org has a completely different rating system and uses five-star quality rating scale, the lowest rating being one-star and the highest rating being five stars. TrustLink.org rates companies based on a total average of customer reviews giving customers the option of rating their experience between one-star and five-stars. The DiscountMugs.com TrustLink.org profile has received over 8,000 views with over 320 reviews and an average rating above 4.5 stars. Their sales staff is quick to respond to questions and is very helpful, as is their art department!”CEO of DiscountMugs.com Amin Rahman attributes their five-star rating on TrustLink.org to “a strong focus on customer service” and “understanding that mistakes are unavoidable but correcting them is a top priority of DiscountMugs.com”. Amin Rahman also stated, “This rating is reassuring to the whole company that our efforts to provide quality service have not gone unnoticed; however, we wouldn’t have our current high ratings if we were ever complacent with the quality of our company’s customer service and will continue to improve”.

DiscountMugs.com was recently given an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. The standards by which the BBB ranks individual companies in their review include length of operation, licensing, ethical advertising, industry experience, good standing with the Better Business Bureau and total number of complaints.

For more information visit: http://www.discountmugsreviews.com

Contact:
Discountmugs.com,
6905 NW 25th Street,
Miami, FL 33122

###

DiscountMugs.com Reviews Customer Complaints

Miami, FL ( Pressreleasecollection ) April 6, 2010 - DiscountMugs.com, the leading factory-direct distributor of promotional products in the country, has recently reviewed its customer complaints in an effort to “shore up mistakes” and “discover false sources” according to their CEO Amin Rahman. This Miami-based promotional product distribution company performed an audit of its customer service department and searched through complaints filed on multiple websites. This customer service audit was performed to enhance customer service for DiscountMugs.com large clientele.

DiscountMugs.com ships around 100,000 promotional products a day and acquires 600 new customers daily and despite these large numbers was only able to find a little over a dozen customer complaints. DiscountMugs.com reviewed several sites like Complaintsboard.com, Rip Off Report, pissed consumer and more to find complaints and get more details on the specific orders. These sites are less formal than TrustLink.org which is sponsored by the reputable Better Business Bureau (BBB), but DiscountMugs.com still used these sites to improve its customer service.

After discovering a total of fifteen complaints on these sites DiscountMugs.com contacted the complaint filers to get a more comprehensive explanation of their orders & to see if they are legitimate. They then offered the complaint filers a 100 percent refund for their cooperation in fixing order problems. DiscountMugs.com was able to acquire order numbers from less than 10% of those who filed complaints which CEO Amin Rahman sees as “clear evidence that the other complaints were false and filed by competitors”. Customer review sites have recently come under scrutiny for lack of moderation when it comes to competitors filing false reports.

DiscountMugs.com just recently received an “A+” rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and has a 99% positive review rating with the BBB’s affiliate online network TrustLink.org. In other news, DiscountMugs.com was rated Top 100 Minority Businesses in Miami and recently extended free shipping for all of its promotional pen products through the rest of 2010.

For more information on these reviews visit http://www.discountmugscomplaints.com

Contact:
Discountmugs.com,
6905 NW 25th Street,
Miami, FL 33122

###

DiscountMugs.com gives US Economy Positive Reviews

Miami, FL ( Pressreleasecollection ) March 8, 2010 - DiscountMugs.com is a large Miami-based distribution company with a 500,000 square feet facility that has the largest inventory of promotional products in the country. At the end of 2009 DiscountMugs.com had projected a 35 percent growth rate which is modest by their standards and found the market to be filled with timid investors who were afraid of further economic downturn. The start of 2010 has been extremely promising with a pace that will double last year’s sales and showing early signs of rapid growth. This growth is reminiscent only of the market prior to the US recession. These early signs of rapid growth are indicative of a broader positivity in the consumer market. Discountmugs.com has not only survived the worst part of the US recession which appears to be moving toward recovery, but continued its growth throughout the last five years with only minor interruptions of progress. CEO of DiscountMugs.com, Amin Rahman, commented on the progress of DiscountMugs.com amid the recession by stating “People were looking for deeply discounted products during the recession, so naturally gravitated toward the low-cost items we were already offering before the economic downturn”.

Reports from DiscountMugs.com show a change in customer behavior; long time customers are purchasing larger orders at a higher frequency while the rate of new customers is also increasing. DiscountMugs.com has increased its staff to accommodate this influx and is showing all early signs of full recovery from the recession. The staff increase greatly helped a local Florida economy which has over 11.6 percent unemployment rate though that is also showing signs of recovery. Despite being positive for DiscountMugs.com, the scope and range of their company’s recovery based on their large clientele is clear signs of positive growth in the Florida and US economy in general. DiscountMugs.com has continued plans of growth and will not change its business model of factory-direct products with in-house manufacturing, limited free shipping and a 100 percent price guarantee. DiscountMugs.com Releases Travel Mug 'of the Future'

Miami, FL ( pressreleasecollection ) March 6, 2010 - The purpose of a travel mug is to insulate a warm beverage so heat does not dissipate before it can be enjoyed. But since the 1980's travel mug makers have been trying to create a travel mug that has all the necessary functions to meet an ever-changing world. Travel mugs have developed standard features like sip tops, rubber grips and sizes that will fit in the average cup holder. Travel mug designers have also used various materials from plastic to stainless steel to insulate these mugs and keep beverages warm longer. This quest for travel mug perfection inspired the release of the 16 oz. Ringed Travel Mug. This travel mug was "designed with the coffee drinker in mind" according to CEO of DiscountMugs.com Amin Rahman and "combines all of the qualities and none of the flaws of traditional travel mug designs" and is "The Travel Mug of the Future" according to Rahman.

These 16 oz. Ringed Travel Mugs combine popular travel mug materials and designs to create a mug that fuses other travel mug qualities into a single product. Many travel mugs are made of either stainless steel or hard plastic as these items are both durable and insulate warm beverages. The 16 oz. Ringed Travel Mug has a stainless steel lid for tight sealing and midsection for insulation, but reserves its upper area and base for hard plastic. The benefits of these fused designs include better insulation, tighter seal and higher quality aesthetics. Stainless steel is notoriously bland in design but necessary for insulation and hard plastic is easy on the eyes but does not keep beverages warm as long as steel.

However, the real innovation these 16 oz. Ringed Travel Mugs bring to standard travel mug designs are their unique grips. Responsible for their namesake, these grips use ringed bands of rubber to provide a grip that is both efficient and aesthetically pleasing. Hard plastic and stainless steel are slick materials and have created lack of grip in previous travel mug designs. An initial solution to this problem was a large rubber wrap around the center of the travel mug and even travel mugs coated entirely with rubber. While this solved the issue of grip, it left many travel mug users seeking something with a little more style. These ringed bans of rubber provide that style by using as little rubber as possible keeping the design sleek and smooth.

Travel mugs are just one type of promotional product offered at DiscountMugs.com. They offer custom printing on items ranging from coffee mug and beer mugs to tote bags and key chains. They also provide custom engraving on select items which uses state-of-the-art laser engraving technology to provide precise logos or promotional text. DiscountMugs.com remains the number one distributors of drinkware in the United States and has been selling factory direct promotional products since 1993.

For more information on this product visit: http://www.discountmugs.com

Contact:
Discountmugs.com,
6905 NW 25th Street,
Miami, FL 33122

###

DiscountMugs.com brings Affordability to Barware Items

Miami, FL ( pressreleasecollection ) March 5, 2010 - DiscountMugs.com, a company that prides itself on having the lowest possible prices for drinkware items, is now offering barware glasses for less than a dollar a piece. Those opening a bar or restaurant can attest to the mounting costs barware items add to your start-up and overhead. That's why DiscountMugs.com has further reduced its prices to allow for select glassware items to be purchased for less than a dollar per glass. Of course, these prices are contingent upon purchasing a certain amount of glasses, but for most restaurant and bar owners they will pay less than a dollar for these glasses. DiscountMugs.com is offering a dozen different glasses for less than a dollar including classic items like pint glasses to more exotic glassware items like mixing cooler glasses. These items also offer customization which will increase their costs, but many items will still remain under one-dollar after custom printing.

One of the more popular affordable barware glasses is the classic pint glass which is standard in most bars and restaurants. This sixteen-ounce glass is used to serve beer and more specifically darker beer and ale. Many patrons ask for a "pint of beer", which requires a pint glass to be served correctly. This conical shaped glass is an important part of any barware collection and is especially sought-after at prices as low as 62-cents per glass. Another fact about this glass that is making it more and more popular among consumers is that even with customization in the form of imprinted logos and custom color-schemes the product remains under one-dollar per glass at certain quantities purchased.

Even larger glasses at twenty-ounces are available for under one-dollar a piece. These large glasses are often used as mixing glasses at bars or restaurants to make cocktails. Twenty-ounce glasses can also be used to serve larger quantities of water and other non-alcoholic beverages. The 20 oz. ARC Distinction Pint Glass is being offered at DiscountMugs.com for less than one-dollar. This mixing glass stands at nearly seven-inches tall and has angular designs in the form of vertical panels. These designs are meant to be both aesthetically pleasing and improve gripping.

The most affordable barware item is the 15.5 oz. Herradura Cooler-Mixing Glass which holds just half-and-ounce less than the average pint glass. This glassware item has a classic pint glass shape but only comes in a clear design. Custom printed logos are available for this product but if one chooses to purchase it blank, they can find prices as low as 53-cents per glass. This item is considered a pint glass but can be used to serve water and non-alcoholic beverages as well.

At these prices, bar and restaurant owners can reduce their start-up and overhead costs and be able to turn a profit sooner than later. DiscountMugs.com has many other promotional items available for less than one-dollar. Keep in mind that prices change but at the time research was conducted for these products the pricing was accurate.
