London, UK ( PressReleaseCollection ) May 26, 2009 – International Luxury Real Estate has added Chateau Les Carrasses to its select list of luxury real estate for sale in France. The 19th century castle of Chateau Les Carrasses is situated in one of France's most sought after regions, the Languedoc. Long valued for its charming lifestyle, living in this particular region of the French Mediterranean is a dream come true for the most discerning buyers of properties to buy in south of France. Imagine living in a redesigned Domaine that has produced wine since 1886 with its own vineyard, chefs, concierge services, chauffeurs, pool, gardens and many other guest services, while taking advantage of the location close to the charming village of Capestang. Villas and Apartments in French Chateau for Sale Chateau Les Carrasses was originally created by famed architect Louis Garros in 1886. The walls of the castle are embedded with French history and, listening closely enough, it might still be possible to hear the murmur of bygone days. Enjoying a total make-over by renowned architect François Thoulouze, Chateau Les Carrasses will be home to 28 contemporary homes, offering a choice of 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom villas, townhouses or apartments – all properties will be uniquely designed and fashioned from existing buildings on the castle's grounds. Own a Slice of Mediterranean Character Properties Rich with History None of the 28 properties are alike, meaning, owners will be able to own a unique slice of French history, crafted from existing splendour such as exposed beams, stone facades, high ceilings and spectacular views across the Canal Du Midi and the mountains. The end results will feature homes of luxurious style and refinement. State-of-the-art fixtures and fittings, en-suite bathrooms, generously proportioned bedrooms and high-spec kitchens are the bare necessities of this development to assure buyers will be able to enjoy living to the highest standards – a true art de vivre. Relaxez-Vous in Your Own Chateau Domain Each home will be fully furnished. A full property management service and facilities are provided, including a rental scheme to allow buyers to concentrate on the things that really matter in life, such as enjoying the lifestyle that comes with owning a property at Chateau Les Carrasses. There are no restrictions on the usage of the property either, giving the owner full control. Another great advantage is the fact that it is possible to sell the property at any stage without restrictions. Why a House in Languedoc Roussillon There are plenty of reasons why considering buying a house in Languedoc Roussillon makes sense. If rolling hills of Cypress, ancient forests, great vineyards, spectacular views across the Pyrenees and Canal Du Midi are not reasons enough, then perhaps the idea of relaxing by the pool with a glass of wine from your own vineyard is. Each household of these French luxury vineyard villas will be able to enjoy a share of the castle's own annual yield of delectable wines with approximately 40-50 cases. Facilities to store the wines with utmost care will also be provided due to the private wine cellaring offered to each property investor at Chateau Les Carrasses. The Chateau Les Carrasses is Ideally Positioned for Ease of Access A total of eight close-by international airports will connect residents with the rest of the world for hassle-free travel. The well known hubs of Béziers and Narbonne are a short 20 minute drive by car and on the weekends the authentic markets in nearby towns and villages, can be explored. If swimming in the Mediterranean sea sound more attractive, the fabulous beaches of the region are only a short drive away. After a hard days work at the beach, dine at some of the best restaurants in the region, sampling Michelin star morsels of food. To round off the perfect day in the sun while not take a stroll through some of the languid villages and towns of Languedoc before settling for the night with a glass of wine.
